1. Where are you located?
   We are located at 418 Harding Industrial Drive, Nashville, TN 37211. Right off I-24 and Harding Place (Near Sam's Club.) Click here for a map and directions.

   How much does it cost?
   Admission is $12.00 per person. Tickets are available for purchase at the door. (Cash Only)
   We also offer group rates, please call 615-833-1433 for pricing.

   Hours of Operation?
   We are open every Friday and Saturday from 7pm till 12 Midnight. Please check the Schedule page for exact dates and times. Dates and Times are subject to change without notice.

   Where do you park and how much is it?
   Free Parking on site.

   Are you closed if it rains?
   We are open if it rains. The entire Haunted House is indoors. You may need an umbrella while waiting in line.

   Do you have rules?
   Yes, please click here to read them. Please follow these rules, We want you to have a good time. Also security is in place in and out of the building. If you violate these rules, you will be escorted from the building and or property and no refunds will be given.

   What can I bring?
   You can bring yourself, friends, family members, and even your enemies. Please DO NOT bring Cameras, Cell Phones, Cigarettes, Lighters, Matches, Flashlights, Food and Drink, or any personal items that you do not want to lose. If you lose an item, we are not responsible.
   
   What can I wear?
   Please dress appropriately. Keep in mind that this is a haunted house: it is dark, you will be walking the entire time, you may also have to duck, craw or climb. Please do not wear your best clothing, for we are not responsible for damage to personal properly. Closer to Halloween, we do allow people in costume, but no masks.

   Do you have concessions?
   We don't recommend coming on a full stomach, but we do have a concession stand before entering our attraction (it's the Ambulance) and one more as you exit our attraction. If you get hungry or thirsty waiting in line. They offer snacks, such as Candy Bars, Soda, Chips, and Hot Chocolate for those chilly nights. There are also glow sticks, glow necklaces, and glow arm bands for sell, for those who will need that extra light.

   Will the actors touch you?
   Our actors are not supposed to touch you. You are not allowed to touch them. Of course, our actors are here to entertain you and may accidentally bump into you but will never grab you. Although, you may be grabbed by one of the members of your own group who is too terrified to continue without your help.

   What is the Recommend Ages?
   All Ages are Welcome! This is up to you and how easily you get scared.

   How long will it take to go through?
   It depends on how fast or slow you walk. Our attraction can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to complete. If you arrive before 9 pm, the line won't be as long. After 9 pm and as Halloween gets closer, the line will start to get a longer so if time is important then don't wait until the last minute; get here early.

   Is it the same as last year?
   No. We pride ourselves on changing most aspects of our attraction every year so that we can provide a uniquely terrifying experience. We do keep most of our more popular elements due to public demand, but even these are tweaked each season to provide a more stimulating experience.
